The property is located in the heart of Gent, and you can’t really get a better location for doing tourist things. There is an underground car park (don’t take a Bentley sized car as it won’t fit!) but you must pre-book or you will be disappointed. There is a lovely outdoor swimming pool in the front courtyard which is perfect to relax around, and great for children, although there is no lifeguard, so don’t expect one. The rooms are immaculate and the air conditioning was good. There is also a nice relaxing bar that guests can use, which also did food until 10:00pm on our visit, which was perfect for us. We stayed here 4 years ago, and it was as good this time as it was then, and we would return again in the future.

Hotel was in very center of the old city. You can go by walk to every touristic places. Christmas market was in front of the hotel :). You can come the hotel buy tram from Gent-Sint-Pieters train station. Room was very big even sofa bed was in the room. Room is very clean and you have a coffee and water in the room. Hotel is very luxury.

The location is perfect ,right in the town centre near all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing ,not a big buffet but they had everything what you need for a breakfast ,even fresh watermelon 🍉,ground beans coffee which nowadays is difficult to find in a continental breakfast ,everything was perfect .The staff from the reception and the bar very helpful ,polite 👍 👏👏👏.The even offered us umbrellas for the walk ,it was raining so bad .Amazing service .

The location is unbeatable. Sint-Niklaaskerk is right outside the door. The Korenmarkt is moments away. So is the tram station, but do yourself a huge favor and don't rely on that (walk if the weather is nice and you don't have a lot of luggage, take a taxi otherwise, and only use the tram if you don't care when you arrive at your destination). The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and varied, too. This was my second time staying in the city, and I wouldn't even consider a different hotel. Even at a slight price premium, it's worth every bit.

Fantastic location. So close to lovely cafes, restaurants, shops and stunning churches. Beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked up. We were allowed to leave our bags in a room beside reception after we checked out as we had a late flight.

The room had enough space for 2 people and 2 suitcases. The location was good, in the old city center and close to everything. The room was not new, but considering the price I think it's acceptable.

Location is perfect as it is within walking distance to everything around, like boat tours, walking tours, cathedral, clock tower and etc. Nice confortable and modern rooms.
